Registration / Course Information /  Refund Policies

1. Registration is taken online, phone or email. Please register early to secure your spot in the class of your choice.
2. You will be required to provide us with your full name (as you would like it to appear on a certificate), address, postal code and phone number.
3. Payment confirms and holds your spot in the class. Method of payment : Cash, Debit, VISA, MasterCard - Monday to Friday only 9:00am-5:00pm.
4. Fees include course materials & instruction (Tax exempt). Some exceptions apply.
5. If a course is canceled do to lack of registration, you will be fully reimbursed.
6. No refund for no shows. No refunds for late transfers (less than 48 hours notice prior to class) A $20.00 administration fee will apply to all other refunds and transfers. Refunds may be given within 10 days of registration (prior to class) providing written request is provided.
7. Our facility has a fridge, mircowave, coin operated snack & drink machines. (lunch is not provided) 
8. Please help us keep our facility scent free for the comfort of everyone.
9. Outdoor footwear is not permitted in our training room. Feel free to bring indoor footwear with you.

Liability Statement

Some of the courses that you are enrolled in may include physical strain. If your physician has recommended that you avoid strenuous activity or limit your activity in any way, we recommend that you discuss taking this course with your doctor first.

At the beginning of the course, please advise your instructor if:

1. You will need any assistance during the CPR/First Aid Course
2. If you have had surgery in the last 3 months.
3. If you have asthma or any other breathing problems.
4. If you have any infectious disease such as a cold, cold sores, flu or open sores on your hands or mouth.
5. If there any past experience that may cause you to become emotional during the course. (i.e.: recent death, witnessing something traumatic)

J & T First Aid Consulting is NOT responsible:

1. In the event of any accident or occurrence that may cause bodily harm during the course.
2. For any personal articles that are left behind at the course.
3. For any contents / vehicles that are parked while attending our courses.
